Rates and Insurance
In-network services*: I am in network with Pacific Source, Moda, Regence BCBS, and Care Oregon (OHP).
Cash rates: $160 per 50-minute session **
Out-of-network services: For all other insurance providers, I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which means you could get reimbursed for a portion of each session. If you have OON benefits, you may only owe a copay at each session instead of the full fee. I can check your benefits for you and let you know exactly what you’d pay per session before we even get started.
No-shows / cancellations: I require a 24 hour advanced notice for cancellations (unforeseen emergencies or illnesses excluded). No-shows and late cancellations will be charged at the rate of $100.
No-shows / late cancellations for OHP members: No-show and late cancellation fees are not charged for OHP members per OHP guidelines. I follow OHP regulations regarding their cancellation policy. A pattern of no-shows/late-cancellations (i.e. 3 or more) may lead to a delay or termination of services, including a shift to same-day or flexible scheduling, rather than a reserved and recurring appointment time.
*Tip for using insurance: It's a good idea to check with your insurance provider prior to your first session to see if any deductibles and/or copayments might apply.
